Online training is an affordable but effective form of personal training. It requires the client to get themselves to the gym and routinely checkin with their trainer.

The BFITCODE program only trains clients with access to a gym with machines, cables, and free weights.

Any changes in body composition or strength generally take at least 6 weeks of consistency inside and outside the gym. Significant changes can take longer, and BFITCODE’s goal is to help create routines for years to come.

Strength training focuses on lifting weights. Building muscle by lifting weights will burn fat more efficiently than other styles of exercise (HIIT, low intensity workouts, etc).

The ideal client is someone that can get themselves to the gym routinely each week, track their progress in the BFITCODE app, and commit to a structured and consistent program.

Yes! Your workouts will be customized based off your specific goals, fitness level, exercise frequency, and any other details specific to you.

BFITCODE will provide workouts that can be done with little to no equipment for the times you’re out fo town. However, the majority of the program is intended to be done in a gym.

Yes! BFITCODE will provide warm up and cool down stretching routines. Longer mobility routines will be provided that you can do on rest days.
